Gigi Hadid posted an Instagram video this weekend that has eagle-eyed fans speculating whether or not her celebrity boyfriend Zayn Malik got the model’s eyes tattooed on his chest.

While the singer has yet to confirm whether or not those are indeed Hadid’s eyes, a romantic tat honouring his girlfriend wouldn’t be a first for Malik. Let’s not forget that he’s already had a regrettable celebrity couple tattoo of his ex-fiancé Perrie Edwards:
How can we be so sure it was regrettable? Malik had the ink covered up after their split. Now while we hope his relationship with Hadid doesn’t end the same way, fans have already taken to Twitter expressing their concern that Malik has not learned from his previous mistakes.
Though Malik isn’t the first to get a couple’s tattoo, and he definitely is not the last. Just days after Hadid’s post, rapper Offset revealed a fresh couples tattoo of his own with fiancé Cardi B’s name inked on his neck. 1. Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Wedding Bands
Power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z have elegant wedding band tattoos, originally both of the Roman numeral IV, widely known as a significant number to the two. When Bey’s band started to fade she got it reworked into what appears to be the letter J. Since the two remain Crazy in Love, we rank this set of iconic ink at the top of our list with #NoRegrets.
2. Rihanna and Drake’s Matching Sharks
Back in Summer Sixteen Rihanna’s tattoo artist Instagrammed a camouflage shark on the singer’s ankle. Days later, Drake was spotting sporting identical ink. The couple has since broken up but we don’t think they’ve got anything to regret, considering that at the end of the day, it’s just a harmless camo shark.
3. Miley Cyrus’ Vegemite Tattoo
That same summer, Miley Cyrus debuted a tribute to Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth in the tattoo form of a teeny jar of the infamous Australian spread. We don’t think she’ll regret this one even if they do break up, though we hope they don’t. No matter what it’s just a…tiny jar of Vegemite tattooed on her arm. Stay weird Miley, stay weird.
4. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s Dice
Despite being long divorced, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are still rocking their matching his and hers dice tattoos, and rightfully so. The shared ink is a dainty preservation of early 2000s tattoo culture and has us begging them to Gimme More.
5. Victoria Beckham’s David Beckham Initials Tattoo
Victoria and David Beckham have quite the collection of couples tattoos between them. As trinkets of their marriage spanning almost two decades, we think these tattoos are nothing to regret. However, amidst rumours of divorce Victoria Beckham’s disappearing tattoos hint that she herself may be second guessing a few of the pieces.
6. Iggy Azalea’s LIVE LOVE A$AP
In comparison to what’s to come on our list, Iggy Azalea’s “LIVE LOVE A$AP” tattooed on her three outer fingers is dainty and discreet. Still, the rapper found her ink regrettable enough that she first crossed out ex boyfriend A$AP Rocky’s name and then got the words removed all together.
7. Tyga’s Kylie Tattoo
Tyga still has ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s name tattooed on the inside of his arm. Though it seems he’s embraced the ink, Jenner reworked her own Tyga tattoo and has already moved forward in getting matching tattoos with new boyfriend Travis Scott. Awkward!
8. Angelina Jolie’s Billy Bob Tattoo
Angelina Jolie rocks a lot of tattoos we love, but her trashy tribute to ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton was never one of them. After a few laser removal sessions, Jolie had the dated dragon tat covered up with the coordinates of her children’s birthplaces.
9. Amber Rose’s Wiz Khalifa Portrait
Sometimes the damage is in the detail. Amber Rose got a realistic portrait of ex-husband Wiz Khalifa’s face tattooed on the back of her arm. Who wants their ex staring back at them every time they look in the mirror? Oof. A year after the couple split Rose had the tattoo reworked to resemble what appears to be Guns N’ Roses’ guitarist Slash.
10. Nick Cannon’s Mariah Back Tattoo
Coming in with the most regrettable ink is Nick Cannon, who had ex-wife Mariah Carey’s name tattooed across his entire back. Imagine trying to explain that to your new girlfriend. After the couple split, he covered the already large tat with a massive full back piece that took 30 hours to complete. Ouch!
